Our Year 9 boys football team played their first match of the season this week with a tough test at home against St. Joseph's. Our boys competed well but the St. Joseph's team were often stronger and quicker which allowed them to get the upper hand. Despite losing 4-0 it was good to get the season underway and both Krzysztof Szafranski and Dumi Machipisa played particularly well for Wexham.
