Over a long hot weekend in June all our Year 10 Geographers visited Shropshire. Learning field work techniques and getting up and close to the real world are essiential skills in Geography. This was a fantastic experience for our students. From sampling rivers, invesitgating ecosystems and urban studies in the historic and cultural city of Shrewsbury these have provided valuable preparation for their examinations but also experiencing a different part of the country and having fun itself.
