YR7-8 Mindfulness Programme

The mindfulness programme is a six-week programme for a group of twenty Year 7 and 8 students. It is being led by an instructor from 'Prana Teens' and the purpose of the programme is to help the children manage their emotions with sessions focussing on relaxation, dealing with worry, anxiety, stress and anger.
