On Thursday 15th May, the Year 12 students participated in this STEAM Data Analytics workshop at PwC in Reading. During the various workshops they learnt about Taxation (Income tax, capital gains tax and state/ workplace pension options); interview skills and how to build a personal brand. With PwC being one of the largest recruiters of school-leavers, undergraduates and graduates - the last session covered the application process for routes into PWC-ATT and ACA apprenticeship and graduate training programmes, followed by a tour of the Tax and Auditing departments.  This was a motivational experience for aspiring students looking to move into accounting careers.
