On Tuesday 3rd June, a group of Year 9 and 10 students took part in the Discovery day being hosted at the National Physical Laboratory in Teddington. They were able to explore cutting-edge science in action. Some of the highlights from the day included: watching liquid nitrogen being used to create liquid oxygen, speaking directly with scientists, and taking on a science-themed escape room challenge with a focus on SI (Le Système International d'Unités) units.
