On Wednesday 8th November, our Year 8 students were able to participate in the online masterclass being run by the energy company Baker Hughes. This was part of their Bronze Industrial Cadet Awards. The interactive session included Q & A with a leading industrialist specialising in crude oil extraction. The activities included students analysing the effects of 'hydrocarbons' as part of the modern world. Baker Hughes will be following this up with a Careers spotlight session on the 6^th December 2023.
